You will need to add remaining 7 years of history at orientation if approved

History of traffic accidents, violations, and / or citations from the last 5 years (including DUI or reckless driving convictions and license suspensions)

Requirements

To qualify with KDP Southern Logistics LLC, you must meet the following criteria:

General Requirements

Must be at least 21 years old with a valid U.S. license for at least one 1 year and from state that applicant declares to be their point of permanent domicile.

Class A Commercial Driver's License and /or Class A Permit must be medically qualified and certified as non-excepted interstate, qualified to haul products in interstate commerce

Right to Work documents required: Employee associates are required to complete an I9 with supporting documentation as prescribed by the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) division of the Department of Homeland Security. Work History

Must have a stable verifiable work history with good references. Previous terminations will reviewed by management for consideration.

Motor Vehicle Safety Determined upon dates of final closures of the penalties, fines, etc.

General Citations and Preventable Accidents.

No more than two 2 moving violations during the last 1 year

No combination of three 3 or more moving violations and accidents during the last three 3 years.

Reckless Driving No convictions in the last 3 years.

License Suspensions

No moving violation suspensions in the last 3 years.

Non-moving suspensions resolved under 30 days will be considered by management.

Speeding Violations

No more than 1- 15 MPH over speeding tickets in the last 3 years

No 20-24 MPH over speeding tickets in the last year

No 25 MPH over speeding tickets in the last 3 years

Drug or Alcohol Violations

No Failed / Refused Tests or relative violations in the last three 3 years. (this includes but not limited to DWI's, DUI's, Unlawfully Possess, Open Container, Public Intoxication, BAC's or Possession without intent to manufacture sell or deliver).

DOT failed / refused must meet SAP and Return to Duty requirements regardless of timeframe pursuant to FMCSA Drug and Alcohol Clearinghouse regulations

Criminal History Determined upon dates of final closures of the penalties, probations, agreements, fines, etc.

No Felony convictions within the last ten (10) years,

No Misdemeanor convictions within the last five (5) years

Ordinance / Municipal violations may be considered after three (3) years

In conjunction with the items listed on this page, extreme or multiple offenses will be considered according to an individualized assessment methodology.
